The Dish is a publication by Performance Foodservice, which provides valuable insights about the industry and shares delicious recipes to inspire and educate restaurant owners and operators. Our Chef Council carefully selects innovative recipes based on a central theme and presents them with stunning photography. We feature our broad portfolio of brands and demonstrate how they can be used to boost sales and innovation in the industry.
Moreover, The Dish is an award-winning, colorful, and innovative thought leadership platform that engages and educates the Performance sales team. This enables them to present new products and menu opportunities to operators. In each edition of The Dish, we focus on a specific category or product segment and develop recipes and applications around it. The Dish is a 24-page publication that is printed 6 times a year. Additionally, we send the Dish eNewsletter to over 9000 subscribers, which includes industry-related articles, recipes, and brand highlights.
Jenn holds the position of Creative Director, Project Manager, Art Director, and Designer for this publication. She handles the entire process from start to finish, which usually spans 105 days. This process involves managing and working alongside chefs, copywriters, suppliers, sponsors, photographers, food stylists, and printers. In addition to this, Jenn is also responsible for the layout of the Dish eNewsletter and ensures proper communication of the same.
